The light weight of CE28N is now updated to the N-plus model which includes the most recent technical analysis with a new approach. The rim section exhibits profiled segments located between adjacent spokes. The junction points where the spokes intersect with the rim have been expanded to enhance stiffness, while retaining a slender profile. Material has been strategically removed from the space between the thicker regions of the spokes surrounding the hub area, and the characteristic dimples on the inner surface, which have long been a distinctive feature of the CE28 design, have been accentuated. RAYS employs precision machining techniques to engrave all markings, including the model designation, onto the rims.

The CE28 N-Plus incorporates elements from the CE28SL (Super Lap), and eliminates the redundant drilled holes near the hub pocket. The refined CE28 model not only improves on the classic design, but is much stronger and more developed than ever before, incorporating new weight-savings technology into the latest model. The area where the spokes connect to the rim have been widened, improving rigidity, and allowing additional material to be carved out to achieve further weight savings. This new model has etched RAYS logos to battle knock-offs and replicas.
